The ISOE European Technical Centre (CEPN) is conducting a survey on the precautionary measures implemented by the nuclear utilities to reduce the risk of transmission of the Covid-19 coronavirus and their impact on radiation protection management and practices.

You will find the answers on folder RP Library > Covid-19 Survey .

Please note that the answers are made available on the restricted area of the ISOE website according to the usual rules, i.e. available for all ISOE Members (Utilities and Authorities) or for Utilities only according to the decision of each responder.

The next European ALARA Network Workshop on ALARA for Decommissioning and Site Remediation is organised in collaboration with the ISOE WGDECOM.
The workshop will consist of presentations highlighting the key issues and also working group discussion sessions. 
The programme is organized around the following topics:
- Session 1. - Setting the scene
- Session 2. - ALARA in the decommissioning of nuclear installations
- Session 3. - ALARA in the decommissioning/remediation of sites outside the nuclear sector
 -Session 4. - Transversal and overriding issues: the holistic approach, waste, communication etc.

The Youth Club of the French Society for Radiation Protection (SFRP) and the Rising Generation Group of United Kingdom Society for Radiation Protection (SRP) have elaborated a survey intended for the young generation in radiation protection.

The objective is to get a picture of the young radiation protection generation as of today: where it comes from, where it is today and what does it wish for tomorrow?

The survey is dedicated to the “young” radiation protection professional and scientists, i.e. less than 35 years old (or less than 10 years of work in radiation protection).

It is online at the following link.

N.B. Survey will be closed 31 December 2017 and the results made available on the SFRP and SFR websites.
